Arguably there are two good social reasons for men to wear thongs, beside the obvious reason of them being the right tool for the job.
I agree with both those statements. Beyond the “moral code” battle, it really is all just hypocrisy.
On a weekday the Lexi Hotel is a good option. Crowd is mixed since 420 is allowed here. Time I went we saw a few topless women and decided to strip into a thong, no issues.
Bent Inn in Downtown is another option. Caters to LGBT crowd, but super friendly to striaght couple in thongs. On a Monday it is mostly industry locals and we felt comfortable in a thong at the bar which was awesome.
Anyone try Moorea at Mandalay? It is topless which tends to bring out the thongs for women, but not sure if men would get stopped.
Has anyone worn a thong at any of the Fountainebleau pools? And if so which pool? It’s a fairly new upscale resort so would appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
I had a nice thong experience at the Fountainebleau Legacy Sun Club pool this week. Initially the chairs were all taken at this pool so hung out at the Oasis pool for a while. Went back to recheck the Legacy pool and it was almost empty I assume due to the strong winds. So staked out a chair at the end of the pool and ordered lunch. Which we ate at the waters edge at the far end of the pool. No issues at all and the waitress was extremely nice. This pool is 21+ along with the La Mer pool which was closed that day due to maintenance issues.
I am going to Las Vegas Halloween weekend. It’s always a treat to see everyone on Fremont Street at Halloween. I always wondered if I could get away with wearing nothing but a black thong and roam through the crowd.
At any event, I am staying at the Boulder Station Casino Hotel. I called today to ask if thong swimsuits are permitted on women and men. The front desk checked with security and confirmed thongs are permitted! I will definitely be packing thongs and g-strings for the trip.
Always seems a bit odd that they have to check with security. I wouldn’t think that thongs or their wearers pose any a higher risk than poor old non thong wearers. Anyway have a fabulous fun time there
Exactly! Isn’t the whole deal about Las Vegas that “whatever happens in Vegas stays in Vegas?” It seems to me that if you might be embarrassed by something you see or do in Vegas, you should just not go.
I am reporting of great success on Fremont Street on Halloween night. I wore a “Chippendales” costume made up of nothing more than Cocksox swim trunks, with a black Cocksox swim thong underneath, with white cuffs and collar, a temporary sleeve tattoo on the left arm, a temporary tattoo on the side of the right butt cheek, and black suspenders. There was a TON of positive responses. Whenever anyone gave me a fist bump or wanted a picture with me, I asked if they want to see more. I then politely showed the thong underneath, which created an even more positive response. I have to say it was one of the greatest experiences in my life. I was not the least bit nervous, and everyone had a great time. It was all in fun, no one got hurt, no one hurled any expletives at me, and I learned that no one really cares. Especially on Halloween night on Fremont Street.
Believe me when I tell everyone, this is going to give me more confidence to thong in public, as much as possible in the future. In fact, I wore a thong at the casino hotel the very next day with zero issues.
I’m so happy that you had the confidence to go out there in the crowd, and get so much acceptance. Since so many people dust bumped and took photos, my guess is you also have a good body to pull off a Chippendales look. I also hope there were some other sexy costumes out there for you to enjoy!
