Sounds like a wonderful trip. Italy is a beautiful place to visit. We stopped in [Cinque Terre](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cinque_Terre) on a family vacation many years ago. [I wasn’t wearing thong swimsuits back then](https://www.thongforum.com/t/going-first/281/3), but I recall seeing plenty of people in swim briefs on the beach.
