Unless we have an Indian Summer, my last day of laying out in a thong was most likely today.
I hit up a local beach and spent about an hour and half enjoying the sun in my electric green N2N micro thong. Temps were about 74 and as soon as the clouds rolled in, I knew it was time to go.
As I stood up to pull my shorts on, a dog that was nearby with 2 women and a guy started barking! Of course everyone turned and looked at me. I went about my business packing up and had to pass them as I walked to the parking lot. As I approached, the older female owner of the dog flashed the biggest smile and apologized about the dog barking and asked if I had a great day. I said I did and told her to enjoy the beach and this beautiful weather because there aren’t many days like this remaining.
Hopefully, I will get another day or two but if not- it was really an enjoyable summer.

I went SUP surfing for 90 minutes yesterday until it got too windy, then went for a (very) quick dip in the cold water and got some sun for 1/2 hour. Wore one of my “vintage” Jack Adams because suits with drawstrings stay in place better under wetsuits.
There will be several more warm sunny days before it starts getting cold in mid October.

Like yesterday and today. Went out in ankle biters for an hour to fine tune some skills, had a cold swim, and then 30-40 minutes getting some sun in my go-to black M67. Perfect days.

Another perfect New England fall day: 75F, bright sunshine. I played with my pup on the beach wearing a black Jack Adams “Bondi” thong (stays in place better under wetsuits than Skinz, eg) for an hour while my GF surfed, then surfed myself for an hour. There was a big crowd of surfers today to catch the glassy, chest-high peeling waves. Half the women (including my GF) were wearing thongs under their wetsuits; one guy in a Speedo style brief, one of the few I’ve seen not in board shorts at this beach this year.
Several people stopped to chat with me, both men and women. Got some smiles from a few of the surfer women, which was nice.
Same forecast tomorrow, I’ll be back.

Glad you had fun. I am tied up with travel sports for the weekend but hope I can sneak a few hours in on Monday

Well, today is probably the final 2025 NE beach day for me because of a road trip that won’t be over til the first week of November. But it was another day of 72F, bright sunshine, and chest high waves. I surfed for 90 minutes, then hung out for another hour. The last day of the season deserved a smaller suit, so I wore a Skinz M67, which in truth was smaller than any suit the women were wearing.

My last day was in October myself. I also wore a miniscule g string. And wore it all the way home as well. I love wearing suits smaller than the girls also.
