OROCOJUCO Thongs

Does anyone have experience with Oroco juco thongs? I’m looking for a couple pairs of inexpensive print thongs for summer and like the looks of a few on Amazon. My questions is with sizing. I’m between a 31-32 in waist and their sizing has ranges of S: 26-31, M: 28-34, and L: 30-36. I’ve got an average bulge and average size legs, so I’m guessing the M, but wonder what others experiences are with ordering from them and being happy with the fit. Thanks for any and all feedback!

Hey man those thongs are very well made and cheap. They have an array of several different prints. They’re very comfortable and probably the most conservative cut swimsuit out there for males as i find the back triangle or whale tail to be larger. They make great tanlines. I like to etch in a distinct tanline with these thongs and after I’m good and dark, I wear a skimpier thong to show off my tanline

I have numerous equivalent competitor Jaxfstk. Both are available on aliexpress, temu, and shein and sometimes renamed/rebranded. I’ve posted in other threads they are decent, but the material isn’t as durable as brand name swimwear like Tyr, Arena, or Nike. If worn often, expect them to last about a year. Any longer is a bonus. There are many styles and the sizes are typically asian. Some medium, large, or extra large and my waist is 29-30” and normally wear mens small.

I have a few but rarely wear them after switching to Bang. I find he thong strap a little too wide and it feel uncomfortable.

I purchased one last year. Fairly well made and the colors are bright. The one I ordered has a pouch that barely holds my privates and is a bit of a pushout. Straps and back are thin. Definitely more of a g-string than a thong.

I have several thongs from this manufacturer. As a matter of fact I am wearing one at this very moment in Puerto Rico at a hotel pool. They seem very well made. I like the styles and colors. I get plenty of compliments about them. In my opinion you definitely can not go wrong for the price.

I have several of the Orocojuco brand and a bunch of the Jaxfstk brand. I think they’re pretty much the same. Like others have said, they are good quality for the price. Good support and decent fit. They also offer a lot of color/print options. I recommend ordering a size up. I find them to be cheaper on eBay than anywhere else. With that said, I still prefer my Joe Snyder and Skinz.

I too am 31-32 and have bought M no problem. I have shorten the under strap since my body is such that the stock strap rides too high for my taste. The value is excellent.

Recently bought several! I can confirm that they are great quality, especially for the price. I purchased them as swimwear but now I’m wearing them daily as underwear because they are so comfortable. You can’t go wrong in my opinion.

I’ve looked at these for quite a long time. But only recently began to notice that some ship from Amazon with Prime shipping as opposed to the longer, additional fee direct shipping from China. I decided to try a few and only selected the minimal coverage styles. My expectations were very low and I have been very surprised. I need to admit that the fit is about perfect and they are great micro thongs. The best micro thongs I’ve ever had. But I have started to think about the low cost and what effect this might have on small business. Including shipping charges these run 25% to 30% or less what I would pay for the sellers that I have shopped for years. While I am really happy with the product, I am not sure how happy I am about taking the cheaper route and the effect that these could have on our small businesses.

Some of the reasons I like Orocojuco thongs are; price, print variety, color choices and how they fit. I especially like the more minimal coverage designs for more private/intimate pool times. For travel I especially like the 1/3 rear design. They are just the right mix for most places I visit. The price is great for a travel thong. If they get lost I’m not out a whole lot. I will always support the smaller or local companies that make quality swimwear. I have plenary of thongs from Skinzwear, Bang, BuffedBod, and many more that I enjoy wearing. For me the cheaper route with the quality of Orocojuco thongs is a great choice for time when I might loose luggage or misplace something while traveling. Also I always carry four swim thongs in my carryon when flying anywhere and have to check a bag. I’m already selecting my swimwear for my next cruise in the fall.

Small businesses don’t fail because of cheap Chinese competition but by a lack of exposure. Exposure is expensive and time consuming. It’s a full time job for the businesses that often it’s just one person doing everything. For swimwear we’re talking models, locations, and photographers; a social media coordinator and a public relations point person. But with these in place, and solid quality control, and responsive customer service, a small business grows. Unfortunately for too many small businesses operators business management courses that explain how markets works were never part of their business strategy.

thanks for sharing your thoughts. I feel better about my purchases. As I’ve aged, I’ve become more concerned with supporting local, small business. I value the quality as well as the economic contribution. So I really did feel a little guilty when I was this happy to find these thongs at Amazon. Simply put, the micro bulge style is the thong I’ve wanted to find for years.
