Don’t have a huge swimwear collection because all of my swim thongs were bought in-store. Since I am in Montreal, I have a lot of Gregg Homme.
My favorite swim thong is from Modus Vivendi.
I like the thong cut at the back.

The Oasis Collection from Awry are really nice too. I’ve been swimming laps in a new one I bought and I really like it. Good price too
Ive gotten ro really like Tangaland suits. Quality and cut are amazing.

Do you like them better than the Bang suits you’ve been wearing? How is the AWRY holding up to the chlorine?
I like them equally. The pool I go to is not heavily chlorinated so they hold up well

BuffedBod do customizable swimwear. I have been wearing them for 8 years. The product is good, and considering it’s all I wear, they stand up to daily use.

In recent seasons my favorite beachwear styles have become tie side thongs/g-strings or g-strings with very brief pouches, usually from Temu, Wish or Aliexpress. For areas where more coverage is appropriate I prefer tie-side string bikinis – again from the same sources. Cost is definitely a factor. Why spend $40 or $50 for one suit when a half dozen can be bought for the same amount? At that rate quality of an individual garment is irrelevant. If it doesn’t work throw it away, or give it away. With the advent of U.S. based warehouses the issue of time between ordering and arrival is becoming less and less. Granted, a few high quality thongs is fine but it’s hard to beat price and availability.
Just met with the folks over at Skinz. I wear their suits literally everyday. I wear their light fabric M46 g-string as underwear and I wear their M44 thong to the beach to accentuate my tanlines. Both are what they call a “Roman style” front with the way the pouch is cut makes the front tanline bulge a bit then narrow and then flare back out to the waist band. Love the suits, love the customer service and my wife loves that I get her matching fabric suits for her both in bikini style and one-piece

I just got the M44 in Blazing Orange and Royal Purple a couple of weeks ago. I wore the Blazing Orange all day at the beach today. Love the color. It’s a great cut to maximize the tan.
