Todd Sanfield’s “Shore Thong” is my default choice. It’s an all-rounder that works well for any activity. You can read my in-depth review here.

Charlie is worth it? I want to buy some from Charlie, but they are pricey.
Charlie by MZ is a luxury brand. If you are price-conscious, they’re probably not worth it. The quality is good, but it’s no better than mainstream swimwear brands like Speedo, TYR, or Nike.

I’d wager you’ll be disappointed if you pay full price. Wait for a sale or check the clearance section. One of my favorites is only $33 (77% off) at the moment, and it’s still available in every size except XL.

My absolute favorite brand is Cocksox.
I just received my latest Cocksox order. I ordered the following styles, all in color Chrome. They are listed in order, by the most coverage to the least. They are all unlined and fit like a glove, just like all the other Cocksox styles I have purchased since 2014. I cannot wait to wear these next summer. Just as advertised, they are SEE-THROUGH when wet. By the looks of it, they will be see-through when dry, on a bright sunny day, when looking closely. I will definitely need to be aware of the venue and the surroundings when wearing these, even if the material coverage follows the rules.
If you would be interested in ordering these in any style, you need to order fast. The Gloss Satin Collection series was introduced in May 2024 and the fabric is only available for a limited time. The colors are Nero (Black), Chrome (Light Grey), and Marina (Blue). The CX02GS Swim Brief in Chrome in Size Large was already sold out and is back in stock. It seems a lot of guys really like the color and the fact they are see-through when wet. If guys are wanting to buy see-through swim briefs, their next logical step is to start buying thongs in any brand, color, material, etc.

I’m a huge fan of Skinz. They have many great styles and colors to choose from and some are always on sale. I really like the Stuffit thong style. Very revealing and great for sunning, but not extreme. They are a little on the pricey side, but are of high quality. You can usually find what you like in your size if you are willing to wait for some deals.
Joe Snyder is also a great suit, but not as many options.
A friend from the ThongBoard started Nutshack, but then changed the name to Rayze. I haven’t tried his suits yet, but may try one next year.

How is the sizing for Skinz? I’ve been interested in them for a long time, but, at those prices and possibly being a custom order, I want to get it right the first time.
Have you tried any of their Tan Thru suits? I know they won’t be as good as nude, but are they worth the money?

I have mainly g-strings from them. They seem to fit pretty true to size, but are snug and skimpy. My camo g-string is in their tan-thru fabric. The pattern doesn’t make it too sheer from afar. No solid colors yet.

I guess I’m a cheapskate. I buy most of my thongs from China. My two favorites are iKingsky and Jaxfstk. They fit great and show off a wonderful bulge. Just remember to order one size up.

I don’t think you’re a cheapskate. I think you’re amongst us that believe that most suits are extremely over priced. That’s why you can’t go wrong with the Desmiit.

The sizing is fairly true. If anything, they run a little small, so you may want to consider ordering one size up to be sure. They have always fit great on me. I am a huge fan of the Stuffit thong. The M77 and M67 are great choices. I tried the Stuffit g-string, but they run super small. I don’t find g-strings as comfortable as thongs.
