Hello everyone, I’m Kev. I’ve been wearing thongs and g-strings since I was 14 years old because I started dance at an early age. I am as straight as can be. I did a lot of swimming throughout high school and college. I prefer thongs for swimming—Cocksox, Skinzwear, Manstore, and Muscleskins—but lately, I prefer Cocksox for swim thongs and Skinzwear 55U for g-strings. I travel between Los Angeles and Atlanta and would love to meet other guys to talk about thongs and g-strings.

Hey everyone, John here. New to this forum. Long time member of another popular thong forum. I have been a fan and advocate of thong swimwear and wearing them at the beach, pool and lake for a while now. I love wearing them for the freedom, expression and attention. I LOVE g-strings. I am happily married to a lady who supports my thong obsession but does not partake in wearing thongs herself publicly (though she looks great in them). I have spent many summers sunning in thongs and gs on NC and FL beaches with occasional visits to CA, VA, NY, NJ, MA, OH, the Caribbean and Mediterranean. I am glad to join another forum to meet like minded individuals.

Hello. 56 year old male from WV. I started wearing thongs about 12 years ago, but have worn bikinis for many years. Im glad I found this forum and that there are others like me! 
I’m still trying to get the “nerve” to wear my thongs in a public setting.

Good evening all. I’m Scott from Southern California. I’m married and have worn thongs exclusively since last summer. Although my wife was unsure about it at first, fortunately she has accepted me wearing them. So far I’ve only worn them at home by the pool. I hope to try them on the beach this summer. Thank you very much. My wife is more conservative than I am so I have to ease her into the idea of me tanning and swimming in thongs. I used to wear baggy trunks, then I progressed to square cut suits, then speedos and finally thongs. The only thing left would be a g-string lol.

What got my wife over the top is seeing a few examples of men in thongs. They weren’t what she had imagined. The reality was far less controversial, especially how other people reacted to these men. Yeah, one or two were more silly than weird or inappropriate, but the few others were just regular guys minding their own business, hardly noticeable what they were wearing.
We did this over a couple of weeks taking long walks along the Santa Monica/Venice Beach shore. She joins me from time to time but she’s not as much of a fan of the sun as I am. I hope your wife becomes a full convert and appreciate your new found confidence and choice in beachwear.

I started to wear thongs to the beach last summer and been going to the beach consistently. I’m in my early 50s and been wearing thongs since the 80s. I enjoy being around like minded folks and @Christian inspired me to have the confidence to wear a thong in public from his social media. I hope one day thongs are normal for anyone who wants to wear one. I love it when the ladies compliment and see me.

Hi, I’m Matthew, 39. From Ontario Canada. Someone else above me mentioned they were also from Ontario. Married, bi-sexual. I’m an avid runner and quite active. Hard to get out sometimes with kids though but I manage. Started out wearing swim briefs and have begun to branch out into swim thongs.

I’m a 54 year old, married, Dad and live in the seacoast NH/Maine area.
My first thong was a gift from a college girlfriend and I have been wearing them on and off since.
Back in February, I was in Miami on business and had an afternoon off and decided to Uber over to South Beach as I always have wanted to wear one on the beach.
Perhaps I am a bit of exhibitionist, but in reality I always knew it would give me a much needed confidence boost. Unfortunately, I never had the nerve to do it locally for fear of being heckled or mocked by someone I knew.
Upon arriving at South Beach, I walked the beach and found a spot but instantly had to move as a family with a child sat down next to me. Instead, I walked thirty yards down the beach and rented a chaise lounge from an attendant. After setting down my belongings, I stood up, lifted the sunshirt up and over my head and then stepped out of my board shorts and proudly stood there as I revealed my tight, black JM Skinz thong to everyone in sight.
I think the beach attendant was the most shocked as I don’t think he expected the surfer clad dad he just gave a bottle of water and a chair to two minutes prior, to strip down to a very revealing thong.
Over the next few hours as I soaked up the rays and flipped over numerous times and toasted my buns, I noticed some couples smiling and a couple of phones surreptitiously pointed my way. However, I didn’t experience any snarky, negative comments.
When I returned to my hotel that evening, my wife called and when I mentioned I went over to South Beach she jokingly asked within earshot of her friends “ Did you wear your thong?” to which I replied “now that you mention it, yes I did!”
She thought I was joking at first but once she realized I was serious she started peppering me with questions. When I arrived home, she actually helped me pick out a real swim thong from Hunk.
Since that first time in February on South Beach, I have worn a thong to the beach at Hutchinson Island, FL (2x), once to Sombrero Beach in Marathon Key and once at the resort beach/lagoon at Hawk’s Cay on Duck Key. My wife has joined me at all of these outings, except one. When I occasionally appear unconfident or hesitant she encourages me to wear it. Her view is if a woman can wear a very skimpy g-string with all of her assets hanging out for all to see, how can anyone object and say anything to me?
I have not found an appropriate pool to wear a thong just yet…but I am sure that will change this summer.

It sounds like your wife is very encouraging of you to wear thongs in public. Does your wife have an available sister or friend who would be willing to join me in my travels? I am kidding of course. However, it would be so wonderful to have a girlfriend who would be willing to join me when I go to pools, beaches, and resorts that allow thongs.

My wife is very conservative and would never wear a thong herself. However, I think she likes how I look and more importantly, how confident they make me feel. With that said that does not mean she approves of me wearing a thong out every time we go to the local beach and pool but given the right scenarios (vacation, weekend away, no kid, no nosy people we know) she definitely approves.
She also is a big fan of the Brazilian/chest waxing regimen I have been doing. Add in a good tan, and she says I look “hot and sexy” in my thongs.
She is a keeper for sure!
